Introduction by Supervisor Rose Jacobs Gibson and Supervisor Jerry Hill Thank you for your interest in the National Council on Crime and Delinquency's (NCCD) Assessment of Disproportionate Minority Confinement in San Mateo County. This comprehensive analysis provides a valuable insight into juvenile justice practices and procedures. Attached to the report you will find responses from various agencies and county departments. NCCD will present the results of the report to the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Commission at their public meeting of March 23, 2004. The meeting will take place at 5:30 p.m. in the Board of Supervisors chambers.
