Prenatal-to-Three Initiative - information, support and care for families of pregnant women and children to age three receiving MediCal in San Mateo County. Black Infant Health Program - for pregnant and parenting African-American women and their families. Childhood Injury Prevention Program Adolescent Family Life Program (AFLP) - provides case management services for pregnant and parenting teens. Federal Adolescent Family Life Program (FAFLP) - provides case management services to high risk and isolated teens. Public Health Nursing (PHN) Community Field Services - provides case management services in homes, clinics and other sites to assist families in minimizing disability and maximizing healthy lifestyles. Young Dads Program - assists young fathers between the ages of 16-26 by providing support, parenting education and resource information. Fatherhood Collaborative of San Mateo County Dads Count - annual fatherhood breakfast and awards ceremony that recognizes local businesses and agencies for their support of fathers and families. Substance Abuse Alcohol and Other Drug Services TPP Tobacco Prevention Program Smoke Free Start for Families Violence & Abuse Prevention & Intervention Keller Center for Family Violence Intervention - located at San Mateo County Medical Center, serves the needs of all victims of child and adult abuse and neglect, sexual assault and domestic violence. Elder and Dependent Adult Abuse Intervention - Adult Protective Services (APS) responds to reports of suspected abuse, neglect or exploitation of seniors and dependent adults. Nutrition Child Nutrition Program - menus for centers served by the Health Services Agency's Food & Nutrition Services Division. Senior Nutrition Program - provides meals at group dining sites (congregate meal sites); home delivery to homebound elderly (Meals on Wheels) sixty years of age and their spouses, as well as adult individuals with disabilities. California Nutrition Network for Active Families - focuses on nutrition education to food stamp recipients and other low income families, with a special emphasis on prevention of chronic disease.
