The San Mateo County Health Department's Smoke-free Start for Families (SFSF) program provides FREE comprehensive smoking cessation services for all San Mateo County residents. SFSF helps pregnant women, parents of young children, and other adult smokers who want to stop smoking and stay off tobacco.
