Our Mission   The Commission on Aging provides the opportunity for seniors to influence and participate in the development of public policy.   In compliance with the Older Americans Act and the Older Californians Act, our mission is to maintain, enhance, and improve the quality of life for seniors in San Mateo County through the promotion of independence and self-sufficiency, mental and physical health, and social and community involvement.
