The Prenatal to Three Team

Prenatal to Three's multi-disciplinary health team offers a variety of services including case management, home visiting, parenting education classes, drop-in parent support groups, psychiatric treatment, and mental health groups throughout the County. The team includes:

  • Public Health Nurses
  • Psychiatric Social Workers/Marriage and Family Therapists (MFTs)
  • Community Workers
  • Dieticians
  • Lactation Educators (CLEs and IBCLCs)
  • Perinatal Addiction Specialists
  • Infant Development Specialist/Psychologist
  • Perinatal Psychiatrist
  • Parent Education and Training Coordinator
  • Other Service Providers

These individuals make home visits with young families and support parents' efforts to raise healthy, happy children. Depending upon need, visits may continue until the child is three years old.

Donations

Donations for Pre-3 clients are welcome.  In particular, we appreciate new and gently used:

  • Clothing and books for infants and young children;
  • Strollers;
  • High chairs, cribs, changing tables, playpens (depending on our available storage space);
  • Baby blankets and bedding;
  • Diapers (unopened packages);
  • Cash gifts.
We cannot accept used car seats.  Donations to Pre-3 may be tax deductible, and a tax letter can be provided on request.  The County tax identification number is 94-60000532.  If you are interested in making a donation to Pre-3, contact Veronica Piñeda by phone at 650-573-2355 or by email at vpineda@co.sanmateo.ca.us.
