Executive Committee The Executive Committee acts on behalf of the full Board in cases of emergency matters arising between regularly scheduled meetings. The Executive Committee also provides recommendations and advice to the Board on all matters within the jurisdiction of the Procedural Rules (link to Procedural Rules) or when a delay in acting on a matter would be detrimental to the Local Workforce Investment System.
