Our PeninsulaWorks system can provide recruitment assistance, job postings or other candidate outreach services. PeninsulaWorks can also broker customized training for your employees to upgrade skills or support retention and advancement. We also provide layoff intervention and outplacement services during down-sizing or company closures.  In addition, PeninsulaWorks partners with the Employment Development Department providing access to their CAL JOBS website. They can provide you with up-to-date labor market information on wages and occupations as well as allow employers to post job orders.
