Home health agencies assign their own employees. When selecting an agency, you may want to consider:   Level of care Screening process Minimum hours Fees License Replacement of caregiver Termination of service Follow-up assistance Payment (Medicare, Medi-Cal, private pay, private insurance, Health Maintenance Organization [HMO]) HOME CARE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES These services recruit, screen and refer certified nursing assistants, home health aides and attendants.
