Major Crimes - (650) 363-1536. Investigates homicides, robberies and felonious assaults. EPA Regional Investigative Bureau & Crime Suppression Unit - (650) 599-7410. Conducts investigations of crimes in the City of East Palo Alto in partnership with the East Palo Alto Police Department. Northy County Investigation Unit - (650) 821-6200. Investigates crimes committed on San Francisco International Airport property, including North County communities, and coordinates with surrounding city police departments in investigation of airport-related crimes that extend into surrounding communities. The Unit also coordinates with multi-jurisdictional task forces investigating cargo theft, drug trafficking and money laundering operations targeting the Airport and its customers.   Youth Services [Diversion Program]: Investigates juvenile crimes and provides intervention and parental counseling for at-risk youth and their families. The task force units providing specialized investigative support include: Countywide Narcotics Task Force (CNTF). Vehicle Theft Task Force (VTTF).
